Terms of Use

These rules govern the use of the app.Prota2Go platform, its digital services, the customer area, associated subscriptions, and access to beverages available in machines installed in participating gyms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms of use, as well as all other applicable legal content.

2. User Account

The account is personal and non-transferable.

The user must keep their information accurate and up to date.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity carried out through their account on their device.

3. Plans and Consumption Limits

Each plan may define a maximum number of beverages per day and, where applicable, a maximum number per week.

The valid limits for each user are those active in the subscribed plan and displayed at the time of subscription or in the account area.

Limits may vary depending on the plan, the gym, promotional campaigns, or the current commercial configuration.

A code issued within the plan limits may count as reserved consumption until it is confirmed by the system as used or unused.

4. Issuance and Use of Codes

Collection codes are personal, temporary, and intended for single use only.

Codes may have limited visibility time in the front office.

Users must not share codes with third parties.

Misuse, attempts to reuse, or any manipulation of the collection process may result in suspension of access.

5. Payments and Activation

Access is only activated once payment has been validly confirmed by the system.

A submitted payment that has not yet been confirmed may keep access in a pending state until final validation.

For payment methods with automatic renewal, such as direct debit when configured, subsequent charges may be processed on a recurring basis.

For manual renewal methods, continued access depends on a new purchase or confirmed renewal.

6. Renewals and Accumulation of Periods

When a user purchases a new subscription while another is still active, the new one may be scheduled to start when the current one ends.

The system may display the new subscription status as scheduled, pending, or active, depending on the timing of payment and the associated access window.

7. Direct Debit

In the case of direct debit, processing of the first charge may not be immediate.

While the payment is under review, the subscription may remain in processing.

If the charge fails, access may not be activated or may be suspended, according to the final status confirmed by the system.

The user may cancel automatic renewal when this option is available in the account area.

Direct debit has a maximum duration of 12 months.

8. Proper Use of the Service

The service must be used lawfully, personally, and in good faith.

Use of the platform for fraud, bypassing limits, unauthorized sharing of access, or abusive exploitation of technical integrations is not permitted.

The operator may suspend access where there is strong evidence of misuse, fraud, attempts to duplicate consumption, or violation of these rules.

9. Service Availability

The platform depends on technical services, payment gateways, network connections, and, in some cases, machine APIs or third-party systems. Despite efforts to ensure continuity, there may be outages, delays, maintenance periods, or external failures.

10. Changes

These rules may be updated whenever necessary to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The version in force is the one published on the platform at the time of consultation.
